As I was thinking about the blog post for the week, I decided to share a fun recipe.
No-Bake Cookie Balls are a favorite and I hope you enjoy them. They were eaten so quickly at a church event, I knew I had a winner. People were surprised when I shared the healthy recipe and have asked me to bring them again and again.
No Bake Cookie Balls
2 Scoops Juice Plus+ Complete Protein Shake Mix (Chocolate or Vanilla) or your choice of a protein shake mix (preferably without whey)
1 Cup Rolled Oats
½ Cup Honey (Raw, local honey)
½ Cup Nut Butter (preferably almond or cashew)
Mix all together. The batter is stiff, so I mix it with my hands.
Roll into balls and lay on parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes, then put in an air tight container and keep refrigerated
Makes about 24 balls depending on the size you make them
